Fanime has suddenly clarified their no make-up rule to include no soap.  With only two weeks to go, I may have wasted a LOT of production time.

So!  If you were planning on buying soap at Fanime, you may have to order online or plan to buy at AX instead.  I've emailed to ask for clarification and an explanation.  We'll see how that goes.
